Customer Service Representative (Night Shift US-Based Operation)

Job Responsibilities:

To handle inbound and outbound calls / emails / live chats regarding international shipments.

To track global packages and provide timely updates on delivery status and delays.

To advise customers on the export / import requirements to the respective destination.

To escalate any shipments that require special handling.

To be able to articulate issues / request that is brought up by the customer.

To do other tasks as requested by Management.

To maintain a high standard of service quality and phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences and high satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification.

1 year of customer service experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).

Fluent in Mandarin and English, for written and verbal support.

Proficient in MS Office with a typing speed of over 50 WPM.

Must be able to work night shifts (8 hours + 1 hour meal break).

Must have own transportation to work on-site in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
