Customer Service Representative (No BPO Experience Needed)

We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Logistics Account based in Banawa, Cebu City!

No prior BPO experience? No problem! As long as you have good English writing skills and basic computer literacy, you are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems regarding shipments, package tracking, and delivery updates.
• Resolve logistics-related concerns, missing packages, and order updates in a timely manner.
• Accurately log, update, and maintain customer interaction records in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality non-voice service support.

Qualifications:

• Open to Fresh Graduates, College Undergraduates, and High School Graduates
• No BPO experience needed (Beginner-friendly)
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Willing to work on-site in Banawa, Cebu City
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
