Customer Service Representative (No Bpo Experience Required)

No prior BPO or work experience is needed. Complete initial and continuous training will be provided to help you succeed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Deliver helpful and friendly service to callers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the system.

Qualifications:

• Open to Fresh Graduates, College Undergraduates, and High School Graduates
• No BPO experience needed (Beginner-friendly)
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Willing to work on-site in Mactan
• Ready for immediate onboarding this October.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
