Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mactan, Cebu. This opportunity is open to applicants with no BPO experience, including college undergraduates and graduates.

If you have experience interacting with customers through retail, food service, hospitality, or similar roles, you may also qualify.

Qualifications

For College Undergraduates & College Graduates:

• No experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site in Mactan, Cebu
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required

For Senior High School & High School Graduates:

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience in roles such as:
• Sales Clerk
• Barista
• Front Desk Staff
• Cashier
• Retail Staff
• Food Service Staff
• Other customer-facing positions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site in Mactan, Cebu
