Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and concerns
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Handle account, product, or service requests
• Process customer updates and requests
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Follow company policies and service standards
• Meet customer service and quality goals

Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required
