About The Role The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take in-bound calls from providers, Medicaid members and representatives from the other health insurance. CSR may also make outbound calls to health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information and update the client records.

This opportunity is open to individuals located in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas .

Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, Experis / Manpower Group , which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities Core Duties

• Take inbound calls from providers and client representatives
• Perform outbound calls to other health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information as needed
• Collect policy information from callers
• Verify Medicaid clients’ insurance information
• Accurately enter insurance data into the applicable database
• Maintain quality score of 98% or better
• Perform special research
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.

Deliverables or Project Scope

• Support the Other Health Insurance (OHI) project by accurately verifying and maintaining Medicaid clients’ private health insurance information through inbound and outbound customer service activities.
• Collect, verify, and accurately document insurance policy information in the applicable client database to support complete and current client records.
• Deliver customer service and insurance verification work that meets the required 98% or better quality score, while completing assigned research and related project activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and or contact center experience
• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office

• Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CT
• On-Site role in San Antonio, TX
