Customer Service Representative (One day Process) October

About the role

Stark BPO Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This is a full-time position offering a streamlined one-day onboarding process to get you started quickly. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst representing the values and professionalism of Stark BPO Services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels
• Provide accurate, timely and professional responses to customer questions and concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of service quality
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company system
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Process orders, returns, refunds and other customer requests with attention to detail
• Escalate complex issues to management or specialist departments when necessary
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude whilst managing high call volumes
• Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions to improve performance and product knowledge

What we're looking for

• High school diploma, vocational certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven customer service experience in a call centre or customer-facing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software and basic office applications
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Reliability and commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Preference for candidates with multi-channel customer service experience (phone, email, chat)
• Preference for candidates with background in BPO or outsourcing environments
