Customer Service Representative / Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Representative / Operations Specialist to join our team.

Our printing business is conveniently located in Norfolk, NE open Monday-Friday from 8:30-5. We are ideally looking for a candidate that can work 8:30 am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are willing to adjust these hours for the right person, so please don't hesitate to reach out and we can discuss this option.

Starting pay is $17/hour, with 8 paid holidays and 2 weeks vacation per year. We provide a mature work environment as well as training opportunities for employees.

Following is a list of some of the Customer Service Representative / Operations Specialist duties:

• Answer phones
• Enter orders into print production software
• Prepare estimates for customers
• Assist with job production
• Maintain communication with customers throughout production of jobs
• Knowledge of Excel is a plus
• Bindery processes such as cutting, folding, stapling, etc
• Complete mailing processes
• Office maintenance: filing, cleaning, etc...
