About the role

This is an Advisor role for the E-Commerce/Retail Account. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with no work experience who are looking to start their career in the BPO industry.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding products, orders, payments, and services.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and efficient service.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

About you

• College Graduate or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
• No work experience required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite.
