Customer Service Representative | Appliances | Tech Support (Onsite, Day Shift)

You must be able and willing to work from site in Filinvest City, Alabang (Asian Star Building).

We are seeking multiple vacancies. You will ideally have technical / warranty support experience in consumer goods / electronics.

The role:

You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls from customers and clients, addressing level 1 & 2 matters. The role/s also include managing an inbox, and performing other administrative tasks (blended support).

You and your experience:

• 3 years experience in customer service (voice) role, providing warranty / technical support for consumer goods / electronics.
• Previous experience in either household appliances or heating (gas and wood) product preferred
• Exeptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Exceptional time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Great attention to detail and highly-organized
• Able to work early morning shift on-site in Alabang
