Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account details.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
• Meet established performance metrics, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School or High School graduate
• At least BPO experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if required.
