CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | CREDIT DEBIT

The Customer Service Representative – Dispute is responsible for assisting customers with debit/credit card concerns, particularly transaction disputes and account-related inquiries. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding debit/credit card transactions and account concerns.
• Receive and assist customers with transaction disputes, unauthorized transactions, and billing concerns.
• Gather and verify necessary information and supporting documents for dispute cases.
• Explain dispute procedures, requirements, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Investigate and review customer concerns based on available account and transaction information.
• Coordinate with the appropriate internal teams regarding dispute cases and follow up on pending concerns.
• Document all customer interactions, dispute details, and actions taken accurately.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable guidelines for dispute handling.
• Meet required productivity, quality, and customer service performance targets.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
