As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels. You will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining company standards and performance metrics.
✅ Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
- With at least 6months - 1 year of BPO experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite and on a dayshift schedule

- Location: Quezon City or Alabang
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Shift: Dayshift
- Salary: Up to PHP 22,000 per month
