What You'll Do

• Assist customers who call or email our Customer Service team with install or product-related questions
• Monitor product delivery and act as point of contact for customers
• Audit sold orders and place orders for special order material as-needed
• Strive to provide S&G's customers with a world-class customer service experience
• Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team
