As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Open college graduates or undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college
• Must have at least 1 year of CSR experience.
• We're also accepting college graduates without BPO experience
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Alabang
• Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.
