Role & responsibilities
- Handled international customer queries and complaints via chat.
- Ability to handle 2-3 chats at a time.
- Provide customer support and issue resolution for global clients.
- Deliver high-quality customer service experience.
- Maintain call quality standards (CSAT) and meet targeted KPIs.
- Upsell / cross- sell wherever applicable**.**
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO Experience mandatory
- Excellent Communication skills
- Flexible working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
- Immediate joiners preferred
