Customer Service Representative | No BPO Experience Required

Qualifications:

• At least High School or Senior High School Graduate.

• No BPO experience required.

• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on-site.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

• Assist customers with account, product, or service-related concerns.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.

Pay: Up to Php19,500.00 per month
