Customer Service Representative | ₱18.5k Basic + ₱7,000 Allowance | IT Park Cebu

We are actively hiring Customer Support / Call Center Agents for our IT Park site. We have open slots for Healthcare, Financial, and Cable international voice accounts with multiple class start dates starting August and September!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers regarding Healthcare, Financial, or Cable accounts.
• Efficiently address inquiries, troubleshoot account concerns, and provide accurate product/service information.
• Maintain accurate records and log details of customer interactions in the system database.
• Meet and maintain target metrics including Quality Assurance, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Comply with account-specific confidentiality and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months BPO International Voice Experience (Expro 2–5).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site at IT Park, Cebu City.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
