• At least 6 months BPO experience (HS/SHS grad)
• College graduates with or without BPO experience

Customer Service Representative

• At least 2 years BPO experience (HS/SHS grad); OR

• At least 6 months BPO experience (College grad); OR

• Completed 1st year in college with at least 1 year BPO experience

Customer Service Representative - Insurance Account

• Completed 1st year in college with at least 2 years of work experience; OR
• Completed 2nd year in college with at least 1 year of work experience; AND
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an insurance, finance, or healthcare voice account.

Customer Service Representative - Sales Account

• Completed 1st year in college with at least 1 year experience in Sales (preferably upselling)

Taguig (Uptown)

1. Customer Service Representative

• At least 6 months BPO experience (HS/SHS grad)

Alabang

Customer Service Representative - Insurance Account

• Completed 2nd year in college with at least 1 year work experience in insurance, finance, or healthcare voice account (any or combined)
