Customer Service Representative (Order Management)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Ellsworth Adhesives Malaysia. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling orders, and coordinating with different internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up
• Process and manage customer orders accurately
• Prepare quotations and related documents
• Coordinate with internal teams on order status, delivery and product availability
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and other requirements
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system
• Assist with general sales and customer service support
• Handle any customer issues or requests and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, sales coordination, order management or sales support is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to work independently as well as with different teams
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Mandarin language skills will be an advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
