CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Order Taking Agents)

Job Summary

• Assist customers with placing food and beverage orders through phone or other communication channels.

• Accurately capture and process customer orders based on their requests.

• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, availability, promotions, and order status.

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.

• Coordinate with the appropriate restaurant team to ensure orders are properly communicated and fulfilled.

• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance or resolution.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when entering customer information and orders.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

  Qualifications

  • With or without BPO/customer service experience.
  • High school graduate or college level/graduate.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Good listening and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant customer service environment.
