Customer Service Representative (Outbound sales agent)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Outbound sales agent to handle customer queries through calls, chat and email support. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing timely responses, and supporting lead handling to ensure smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via call, chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further conversion.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through prompt support.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Assist in improving customer experience and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Experience in customer support, chat support, or email handling is a plus.
• Basic understanding of CRM or support tools will be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Shift: US Timing (08PM-05AM) (five days in a week)
