Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

·       Provide customer service support to Brand Partners and customers, including handling enquiries and providing solutions and advice.

·       Support the service counter operations and assist customers in person.

·       Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

·       Maintain positive customer relationships.

·       Perform administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
