• Available Monday 12pm–5pm, Saturday 12pm–5pm, plus occasional weekday shifts when needed

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to perform simple math
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Engage customers with friendly, solution-focused service
• Actively listen to concerns and provide helpful support
• Demonstrate proper use of power tools and outdoor equipment
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Represent Home Hardware with professionalism and reliability

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (required)
