Utility Partners of America is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greer, SC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment.

Job Details

• Position: Part- Time
• Location (Training): Greer, SC
• Schedule: Monday – Sunday: must be able to work weekdays & weekends, all shifts and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions
• Resolve issues using strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed
• Maintain a positive, respectful environment with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling objections
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reliable attendance is essential
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and the ability to work independently once remote

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must consent to:
