Customer Service Representative (Part-Time Side Income for Night Shift Workers)

This role is a part-time role where you'll be part of a team that supports a Singapore coliving and hospitality group with 17 properties and about 1,800 rooms, covering residents and guests while on-site teams are off.

Pick your shift (Manila/Singapore time)

• Graveyard Support: Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM, ₱14,000/month
• Weekend Support: Sunday, 1:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and Monday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM, ₱14,000/month

Pay includes coverage on Singapore public holidays.

What you'll do

• Help guests with check-in and check-out remotely
• Respond to room concerns, amenity requests and lockouts
• Handle messages on WhatsApp, plus the emergency phone line and intercom
• Pass urgent cases to the on-site Duty Manager

What we need from you

• You're currently working a night shift remotely
• Your current job allows you to take on outside work, and gives you enough downtime to do this alongside it
• You reply quickly. This is guest support, so calls and messages need to be answered right away.
• You have customer service experience
• You have stable internet with a backup connection and backup power
• Good team player
