Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to payroll services
• Assist customers with payroll and account-related concerns
• Provide accurate information regarding payroll processes and services
• Process customer requests and account updates
• Review and address payment and payroll-related concerns
• Document customer interactions and requests accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Provide professional and customer-focused support

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (old curriculum)
• At least 3 months voice experience in an international account
• Voice experience must be voice-only, not blended
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig and on a shifting schedule
