What You'll Do

• Assist customers with their inquiries, account concerns, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone-based interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School Graduate preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
