Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker

Domino’s Pizza Kingston is hiring! We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and reliable team members to join our team as Customer Service Representatives / Pizza Makers.

We are looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn.

No previous experience is required. We provide full training!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders over the phone, online, and in person.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards.
• Make sure all food is prepared correctly and meets our quality standards.
• Handle cash and debit/credit transactions.
• Keep the kitchen, front counter, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and daily store operations.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Work together with other team members to provide fast and friendly service.
• Help with opening and closing duties when required.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Have good communication and customer service skills.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Must be available for some evening and weekend shifts.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
