Customer Service Representative / Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Kellex Project Manager is a challenging detail oriented position working across various platforms including quoting, order entry, project management, customer service, and purchasing.

The specific duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain order & quote information into our SAP computer system
• Place purchase orders with production partners
• Act as a liaison between different vendors, customers, and sales reps
• Act as the point of contact for questions and troubleshooting for sales reps, and customers
• Collaborate with production facilities regarding production, scheduling, and resolving issues pertaining to individual orders & quotes
• Regularly follow-up with customers regarding missing information and the status of projects
• Effectively communicate with customers and sales reps., via phone calls, and e-mail regarding any updates or changes to orders & quotes
• Complete and maintain all necessary correspondence for projects
• Provide upper management with support in performing special projects when necessary

Required Skills:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years previous customer service or project management experience
• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to problem solve for customers & sales reps when necessary
• Must exhibit computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Outlook
• Strong professional typing skills
• Must be able to multitask at a high level and remain highly organized
• Ability to prioritize daily work duties and urgent issues
• Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast paced changing environment
• Excellent follow-up skills ensuring projects remain on track for specified delivery
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Must demonstrate success managing projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Must demonstrate good analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, commitment to the business, and be a team player.
