What they need
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping customers and ready to grow in the fast-paced Fintech/Banking industry.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Customer Service experience in Fintech — savings account experience is a plus
✅ Banking experience is also welcome
✅ At least 6 months–1 year BPO experience
✅ Mettl CEFR B2 proficiency
✅ Open to Voice or Non-Voice roles
✅ Willing to work on a Night Shift
✅ College graduates, undergraduates, and High School graduates are welcome to apply
