Customer Service Representative (Hong Kong)

Working with our enthusiastic, multinational team, you will be a primary point of contact for our clients, assisting & coordinating every aspect of the services that we provide to them. This includes handling of shipping documents, execute new bookings, communication with existing and new clients.

What we seek

Both English & cantonese/chinese must be spoken to a “mother tongue” level

At least 3 year of work experience necessary within administration, hospitality and/or shipping background Overseas graduate a plus
