WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, tracking, returns, and exchanges
• Handle retail-related concerns through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, availability, and policies
• Resolve customer concerns and provide a positive shopping experience
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex retail or account concerns when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or above
• With or without BPO/customer service experience
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
