Customer Service Representative – Retail Account | Fixed Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to retail products and services.
• Assist customers with online orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
• Process customer requests and account updates efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
