Customer Service Representative (Retail)

Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolve complaints professionally, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle heavy or difficult customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Customer-oriented, patient, and confident when dealing with clients
• Willing to work onsite and interact directly with customers
