About the role

Outsource Staffers, OPC is seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to support a growing international Telehealth services account. You will provide high-quality assistance to patients, ensuring accurate information delivery and efficient issue resolution while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to patients via phone, email, and chat channels
• Deliver clear and compliant information regarding product inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
• Accurately document interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experience
• Consistently meet established quality and performance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service or BPO experience
• Experience supporting healthcare or medical accounts is preferred
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Clear, neutral English accent with excellent spoken communication skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
• Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
