Customer Service Representative - Riverside Pools

We are seeking applications from friendly, positive individuals who have a flare for customer service to join our team at the Nelson Aquatics Riverside and Nayland Pool!

The customer service role is based on the reception desk with your key focus being to provide excellent service to our members. This role is based on a roster that covers our opening hours of the facilities, and therefore may include early mornings, late evenings for closing shifts and weekend work.

Our ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• Great customer service
• Sales & marketing experience
• Cash handling experience
• Works well in a team

You need to be:

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and honest

• Reliable

• Able to work unsupervised

• Well organised

• Computer savvy

• Enjoy healthy living, fitness, sport and recreation

  Please note the job requires 20 hours per week with the possibility to pick up more hours. You also need to be able to work weekends.
