Job Description

Mamarazzi Experience is hiring a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative for immediate employment.

The role involves handling customer enquiries and orders, following up on deliveries, resolving customer issues and coordinating with the Kitchen and Operations teams to ensure customers receive clear and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, orders and complaints through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and follow up on order status.
• Provide customers with clear information on products, pricing and delivery.
• Escalate and follow up on customer issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations and Dispatch teams on customer orders.
• Follow company procedures for customer communication and order handling.

Requirements

• At least 2 year of relevant customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Comfortable handling customers, complaints and multiple requests at the same time.
• Basic computer, WhatsApp, and Instagram skills.
• Reliable, responsible and able to follow instructions.
• Available for immediate resumption.
