Customer Service Representative - Roosevelt, QC

Role Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Agents to deliver top-tier customer recovery, manage inquiries, and resolve end-to-end issues.

In this role, you are empowered to act like a business owner—actively probing issues, uncovering root causes, and driving customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Handle a high volume of customer concerns via CRM case/order execution, ensuring root causes are identified and resolved efficiently.

• Customer Care: Demonstrate empathy, reassure customers, and use standard talking points or self-care options where appropriate.

• Documentation & Follow-Through: Record accurate interaction notes in the CRM system and ensure all commitments made to customers are fully met.

• Security Compliance: Strict adherence to data privacy, call verification policies, white room/clean desk standards, and account authentication.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English/local communication skills with precise documentation, grammar, and active listening capabilities.
• Problem-Solving & Work Ethic: Strong ability to focus on issue resolution without distraction, work effectively both independently and in a team setting, and approach customer recovery with an ownership mindset.

Work Details

• Location: Quezon City (Near Roosevelt Edsa Station)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Dayshift (8am-5pm)
• Setup: Full Onsite (Equipment is company provided)
