Duties

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Provide multilingual support as needed, assisting clients in their preferred language.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
• Assist in the development of client services by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping.
