What you'll be doing?

• Develop quotes: You will develop customer quotes, pricing, and follow-up using a CRM system and communicate sales pipeline and product forecasts.
• Provide support: You will provide technical assistance on products and services, manage customer adoption rates, and handle incoming customer inquiries.

• Experience: Candidates with 2 - 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer relationship skills are essential for this role.
• Language: Ability to speak and write Chinese and English is required for this role.
