We're seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Te Kauwhata team on Saturday mornings (9.00am-12.00pm). This is a great opportunity to gain valuable customer service, retail, and agricultural industry experience while working with a supportive local team.

There may also be opportunities for additional hours during busy periods.

About the role

As the face of our store, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and supporting our agricultural and horticultural customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
• Processing sales transactions and customer orders
• Responding to customer and supplier enquiries
• Providing administrative support to the Store Manager
• Receiving, unpacking, and merchandising stock.

About you

You will ideally:

• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Be reliable, positive, and eager to learn
• Be physically fit and comfortable lifting and handling stock
• Have retail, sales, customer service, or agricultural experience (preferred but not essential).
