Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English)

About The Role We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Lisbon. In this on-site role, you will provide B2B support to advertisers, handle product troubleshooting, and deliver high-quality customer support related to advertising products via email and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities Provide B2B support to the company's advertisers.

Manage and resolve product troubleshooting issues.

Deliver customer support related to the company's advertising products.

Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.

Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat channels.

Drive query resolution by collaborating with in-house Product Operations & Engineering groups for generic, technical, or product queries.

Ensure service quality and drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics through case journey, providing regular updates.

Adhere to service levels across channels and achieve high productivity, impacting resolution times for end customers.

Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.

Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English.

Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.

Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience in Digital Marketing.

Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Technology company.

Fluency with social media product usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising.

Strong customer service-oriented skills.

Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
