Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, world-class customer service
• Complete multiple line auto/home/financial service transactions
• Customer Service – responding to inquiries around insurance coverages, billing, problem solving, policy changes for the customer
• Support and develop Agency operations through client discussions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
• Highly organized and motivated
• Property & Casualty License (General Level 1) is preferred (must be willing to obtain)
• Second Language Preferred
