What will you do?

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support to an international travel and accommodation community
• Act as the first point of contact, handling and resolving customer inquiries via inbound phone calls and email
• Identify customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Deliver clear, accurate, and personalised responses to customer inquiries
• Research and troubleshoot customer concerns using available tools and resources
• Assist in resolving disputes between guests and hosts, ensuring fair and professional communication
• Manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service standards

Candidate profile

• Native-level Spanish language skills, both written and spoken
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools
• Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer inquiries
• Interest in the travel and hospitality industry
• Valid work permit for Portugal if you are not an EU citizen

Salary: €945 gross

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Variable Compensation

Performance Bonus: Up to €120 based on KPI (applicable from 4th month onwards)

Meal Allowance: €8.50 per worked day

Payment Structure: Paid with salary at the end of the month
