Customer Service Representative - START ASAP!

About the role

H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing consulting and strategy firm specialising in management and change consulting. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our organisation, delivering exceptional service whilst supporting our consultants and strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and is ready to make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about our consulting services and support clients in understanding our service offerings
• Schedule consultations and meetings, ensuring all client requirements are captured and communicated internally
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and maintain up-to-date client databases
• Respond to client concerns and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when appropriate
• Coordinate between clients and our consulting teams to ensure seamless project initiation and delivery
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided and identify opportunities for further engagement
• Support administrative tasks related to client onboarding and project setup
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
• Professional demeanour with a customer-focused mindset and genuine desire to help clients
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software, including email, scheduling tools and databases
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong collaboration with team members
• Patience and problem-solving skills to handle challenging client situations with composure
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus
• Experience in customer service, client relations or a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with consulting or professional services environments is advantageous
