Customer Service Representative (Supplies)

What Do We Expect of You
-We are currently in search of a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to become part of our Saskatoon team. Reporting to the Saskatoon Branch Manager, your responsibilities will encompass driving sales of supply products. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction, managing accurate purchases, returns, and exchange processes, all while keeping the best interest of Florists Supply customers at heart.

Your Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, returns and exchanges efficiently and effectively

• Provide attentive service via inbound calls and emails, seizing opportunities for product sales.

• Handle the selection and packaging of supply orders.

• Assist branch visitors in shopping and order pickups

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.

• Offer assistance across various areas and teams as required.

What You Need for Success

• Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.

-Ability to work Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 3:00pm and then Fridays 8:00am to 12:00pm, with the availability during peak busy times.

• Display a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor, showcasing adaptability and teamwork.

• Stay composed under pressure, demonstating the ability to work independently and multitask.

• Possess stong interpesonal, organizational and problem -solving skills.

• Exhibit superior verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 30lbs

• Familiarity with Sage 300 and CRM experience would be advantageous.
