Customer Service Representative – Taiwan E-Cigarette

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our E-Cigarette Project. This role focuses on providing professional inbound customer service and after-sales support for product-related enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries related to e-cigarette products and services.
• Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.
• Assist customers with product-related enquiries and service requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex enquiries or cases to the relevant department when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
• Deliver consistent and professional service in line with project requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in any field.
• Previous Customer Service experience is required.
• Experience in After-Sales Support or Inbound Customer Service will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working Details

Position: Customer Service Representative
Project: E-Cigarette Project
Location: Sunway Visio Tower
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Schedule: Fixed working hours, weekends off
Customer Channel: Inbound

Salary

Basic Salary: RM4,500
KPI Incentive: RM500
