Customer Service Representative - Talent Pool

We are currently building a talent pool of bilingual Customer Service Representatives for potential future opportunities. This role will support our dealers and customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish while reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and the VP of Sales. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring outstanding service
• Provide product information and support to dealers and customers
• Train our valued dealers on our products and processes
• Work collaboratively with a supportive, people-first team
• Be a problem-solver, helping customers find the best solutions
• Follow and uphold company Core Values

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Customer Service
• Strong verbal and written communication (phone and email)
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience with PrefWeb or similar service software and customer service is an asset
• Must be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written

Working Conditions
