Customer Service Representative - TRAIL BC

Ralcomm Ltd. in TRAIL is looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal and communications skills who are passionate about the communications industry and its growing future.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

• Working with a team of Sales Representatives to meet personal and store sales targets.
• Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service by helping them get the most from their device, and from their rate plan.
• Store merchandising and operational tasks.
• Selling TELUS/KOODO mobility/Home Services.
• Troubleshooting mobile phone issues.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates for the customer
• Communicate with the customer to explain technical issues in an easy to understand, helpful manner
• Provide the customer with the complete solution by offering our full range of wireless services that we offer
• Outbound Calling/Cold Calling
• 2-Way Radio Sales/ Basic Programming

Qualifications:

• Strong aptitude, desire and/or experience in repairing electronics
• Technical certification or degree in electronics or consumer electronics desirable
• Strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of smartphone and tablet functionality both hardware and software
• Self motivated and sales driven you have the ability to connect with and influence customers
• Take personal pride and satisfaction in providing the customer with the complete solution for all their wireless needs
• Transparent, Honest and Trustworthy
• Work best in a collaborative, small team environment
• Ability to work flexible retail hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
